This formation requires that a fire team form a 'V' shape as they advance forward. You should have fire superiority on the enemy, so there's a good chance you could win that engagement. If your team is going in with you, you need to work out who's going which direction (i.e., one guy goes left, the other goes right, the other charges straightforward or whatever strategy you work out before breaching).
